Education courses that will not count towards the 30 credits for the BEd degree, can be transferred to the home faculty for a concurrent teacher candidate. For instance, if teacher candidates complete more than the required credits of Education electives or take the Teaching Religious Education course EDUC 3000 3.0 and would like to request that the extra credits be counted towards their undergraduate degree, they need to submit a completed Transfer of Extraneous Education Courses form. This form is also used for any teacher candidates who have enrolled in the ED/HEB 2030 3.0 and ED/HEB 3030 3.0. These courses are offered by the Faculty of Education but they are not counted in the 30 credits for the BEd degree.
