All classes at York University will be suspended during York University’s first Fall Term Reading Week from October 13 to October 16 and Winter Term Reading Week from February 16 to February 19. However, classes occurring at the consecutive sites will continue. University offices will continue with normal hours of operation on weekdays, except on Thanksgiving Monday October 12 and Family Day Monday February15. Teacher candidates in the consecutive BEd program will be at the Keele campus on Thursday, October 15 for presentations made by representatives from the various Ontario Teachers Federations. A representative from the Ontario College of Teachers will also be at this event. Teacher candidates are all asked to report their OCT registration number to BEd Student Services once they have registered with OCT. The registration number will be used for the recommendation to OCT after convocation.
